Morton Steel recruits permanent and contract vacancies in HR & Training ranging from HR & Training Administrators to Manager and Director Level.

Our aim is to establish and maintain long term relationships with all of our clients based on delivery, the highest level of service and honesty.

When you register a vacancy with us we invest the time to ensure we have a complete understanding of the skill set and personal attributes you require.

Wherever possible we arrange a face to face meeting to help us gain an understanding of the culture of your business.

Once we have obtained all of the information we require we will provide you with a shortlist of candidates matching your criteria, outlining their salary expectations and notice periods.

All candidates submitted have been interviewed by one of our experienced consultants and reference checked wherever possible.

You will be kept up to date at regular intervals on how our search for candidates is progressing.

Any feedback we receive from candidates that we feel could be beneficial to the recruitment process will be passed on to you.

You will only be charged a fee once the successful candidate has started with you.
