Director
Morton Steel was founded on the back of the particular success that Sarah Malley has enjoyed within the HR & Training recruitment field, her aim was to create a recruitment consultancy that was 'values' as well as 'results' driven. Sarah spent the early part of her career working within HR but quickly moved into external recruitment. Initially starting off within commercial recruitment she moved into specialist recruitment over twelve years ago. Her mix of operational HR and external recruitment experience allows her a unique insight into the demands placed upon organisations and their HR functions.
